Terms of Service

KylarX helps you prepare for interviews and assists with job applications, including preparing application drafts and — only with your authorization — submitting them on your behalf to third-party employers and applicant-tracking systems.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You expressly authorize KylarX to prepare and, upon your explicit approval, submit job applications using the information you provide. You acknowledge that:

• Submissions are real applications to real employers and may not be retractable once sent.
• You are responsible for reviewing each prepared application and for the accuracy and completeness of the information it contains.
• You will only authorize applications you intend to submit, and you will not use the Service to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

You retain ownership of the content you provide, such as your résumé and profile information. You grant KylarX a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you, including preparing and submitting applications you authorize.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Submit applications on behalf of anyone other than yourself, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Violate the terms of use of any third-party site to which applications are submitted.

The Service interacts with third-party websites and applicant-tracking systems that we do not control. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

KylarX is a tool to assist your job search and interview preparation. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or any particular result. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KylarX and Kosnita will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of opportunities, employment, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KylarX and Kosnita from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
