KylarX

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how KylarX (“KylarX”, “we”, “us”), a product of Kosnita, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and applications (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information. When you sign up — including via Google Sign-In — we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. If you register with email and password, we store your email and a securely hashed password.
  • Profile and persona content. Information you provide to power applications, such as résumés, work and education history, contact details, and your answers to application questions.
  • Application activity. The jobs you queue, the application forms we prepare on your behalf, your authorizations, and the status and outcome of each submission.
  • Technical and usage data. Device, browser, and log information (such as IP address, timestamps, and error reports) collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and operate the Service, including preparing and — only with your authorization — submitting job applications on your behalf.
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • To communicate with you about your account, applications, and support requests.
  • To improve and develop the Service, diagnose problems, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Google user data

When you choose “Continue with Google,” we use Google Sign-In solely to authenticate you and to retrieve basic profile information (your name, email address, and profile picture). KylarX’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising, and we request only the minimum access needed to sign you in.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

  • Service providers. We use trusted processors to run the Service — including Supabase (authentication and database hosting) and AI/LLM providers that help interpret application forms and draft responses. They may process your data only on our instructions.
  • Job application sites. When you authorize an application, we submit the information you have provided to the relevant employer or applicant-tracking system on your behalf.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of KylarX, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Autonomous applications and your control

KylarX prepares application drafts and presents them to you for review. An application is only submitted after you authorize it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and you can review, edit, or cancel a prepared application before it is sent.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards only as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@kylarx.com. You can also disconnect Google Sign-In at any time from your Google Account permissions.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
